טוֹב אֶֽרֶךְ אַפַּֽיִם מִגִּבּוֹר, וּמוֹשֵׁל בְּרוּחוֹ מִלֹּכֵד עִיר.
Webאָמַר רַבִּי נְחֶמְיָה אֲפִלּוּ בְּשָׁעָה שֶׁאָנוּ מַבִּיטִים בְּמַעֲשֵׂינוּ יֵשׁ לָנוּ בּשֶׁת פָּנִים, כֵּיצַד הוּא הַדָּבָר, אֶלָּא בְּנֹהַג שֶׁבָּעוֹלָם אָדָם נוֹתֵן שָׂדֵהוּ.
Webהָרַחֲמָן הוּא יִמְלֹך עָלֵינוּ לְעוֹלָם וָעֶד.
לְפִיכָךְ חִזֵּק הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא אֶת לִבּוֹ.
Webהוּא הָיָה אוֹמֵר, עַל שְׁלשָׁה דְבָרִים הָעוֹלָם עוֹמֵד, עַל הַתּוֹרָה וְעַל הָעֲבוֹדָה וְעַל גְּמִילוּת חֲסָדִים:
וַיָּבֵא יוֹסֵף אֶת דִּבָּתָם רָעָה אֶל אֲבִיהֶם.
